xFantasy.page respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, visitors, and partners to do the same.

We do not host user-generated uploads or community-submitted material. All media published on this platform is either (i) AI-generated original work created in-house by NEXTLINK Pty Ltd, or (ii) third-party affiliate content displayed via banners or links.

If you believe material on xFantasy.page infringes your copyright, you may notify us under the process outlined below.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to disable access to our Platform for any party found to be infringing the intellectual property rights of others, under appropriate circumstances.

Removal of Material (DMCA & Global Copyright Law)

We take claims of copyright infringement seriously and respond to notices that comply with applicable law. For U.S. copyright holders, we respond in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). For copyright holders outside the United States, we will handle complaints under applicable international copyright standards, including the Berne Convention.

To File a Copyright/DMCA Notification

If you are a copyright owner (or an authorised agent) and believe material on xFantasy.page infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice including the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material removed (or disabled) by mistake is not infringing, you may send us a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone, and email.

  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of Australia, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original claim.

Misrepresentation Liability
